Are you stuck on the Cloud Mobile lock screen due to a forgotten PIN, Pattern, or Password? Do not worry you’re not alone.
We can easily bypass the Cloud C5/C7 lock screen to reach the home screen. Unfortunately, this can be done only with a factory reset via Android Recovery. So, you’ll lose the internal storage data.
After the reset, you also need to verify with the previously synced Google account to reach the home screen.

I forgot the Cloud Mobile Stratus C7 lock screen password.
To bypass the C7 lock screen, the only way out is a factory reset using Android Recovery.
During the reset, you’ll lose the internal storage data including pics, videos, apps & other files.
Let’s turn off the device to enter Android Recovery.
Long-press the power key and choose “Power off”. Wait for the device to shut down.
Then press and hold the volume up & power keys to boot the phone.
It brings me to the “Select Boot Mode” screen.
Use the volume up button to switch to the “Recovery Mode” option.
Now, click the volume down button to enter Recovery Mode.
Instead of recovery mode, it brings me to the “No command” screen.
To bypass the No command screen –
- Press and hold the power button.
- Keep the power key pressed and tap the volume up key once.
- Release both keys when you see the “Android Recovery” screen.
We are now in “Recovery Mode”.
Use the volume down key to move from “Reboot system now” to “Wipe data/factory reset”.
Then click the power button once.
Again go down from “Cancel” to “Factory data reset” with the volume down button.
Now, click the power button to reset the phone.
After the data wipe, click the power key to reboot the device.
The factory reset will take a few minutes.
After the reset, we are on the “Hi There” screen.
Let’s complete the device setup to reach the Cloud mobile home screen.
Click the “START” button to move ahead.
In the next step, connect your phone to the internet using Wifi or Mobile data.
It takes a few minutes to get ready, then we reach the “Copy apps & data” screen.
Click “Don’t copy” to move ahead.
Now, we are on the screen lock verification page. I do not remember the lock screen credentials.
The 2nd option is “Use my Google account instead”.
Sign in with your previously synced Google account and follow the on-screen prompts to land on the Cloud C7 home screen.
