Most of the time, we need to hard reset the Cloud Mobile C5 device when stuck on the lock screen due to a forgotten Password, PIN, or Pattern.
In this case, we need to power off the device & enter the Recovery Mode to factory reset the phone.
After the reset, it also asks you to verify with the previously synced Google account.

I’m stuck on the Cloud Mobile lock screen due to the forgotten password.
To bypass this screen, we are going to hard reset the device.
We need to reset the phone using Android Recovery.
First of all, let’s turn off the device. Long press the power button and choose “Power Off”.
Once the phone is off, press and hold the volume up & power keys.
It brings me to the “Select Boot Mode” screen.
Use the volume up button to move to the “Recovery Mode” option.
Then select the “Recovery Mode” option with the volume-down key.
We are now on the “No command” screen.
To bypass the No Command screen –
- Press and hold the power button.
- Keep the power key pressed and tap the volume up key once.
- As soon as you reach the “Android Recovery” screen, release both keys.
In recovery mode, we are going to use the volume rocker and power keys.
Move down from “Reboot system now” to “Wipe data/factory reset” with the volume down button. Then click the power key once.
Again move down from “Cancel” to “Factory data reset”. Click the power button to begin the factory data reset.
Once the data wipe is done, again hit the power key to reboot the device.
The reboot will take a few minutes, then we reach the “Hi There” screen as shown above.
Let’s begin the setup to reach the Cloud Mobile C5 home screen.
Hit the “START” button to move ahead.
Next, we need to connect our device to the internet using Wifi or Mobile data.
It takes a while then we reach the “Copy apps & data” screen.
Hit “Don’t copy” to proceed further.
Now, we are stuck on the screen lock verification page. To move ahead we either need the lock screen Password/PIN/Pattern or the previously synced Google account.
Enter your Google account credentials and follow the on-screen prompts to reach the Cloud Mobile C5 home screen.
