What to do when stuck on the TCL Tracfone lock screen due to a forgotten Password, PIN, or Pattern?
The only way to bypass the lock screen is a factory reset using Android Recovery.
After the reset via Recovery Mode, you also need to verify with the previously synced Google account to reach the TCL Tracfone home screen.

I’m stuck on the TCL Tracfone 30Z lock screen due to the forgotten password.
When stuck on the TCL lock screen, the only way out is a factory reset using Android Recovery.
To enter the Recovery Mode, we need to power off the device.
Long press the power button and choose “Power off” as shown above. Wait for the phone to turn off completely.
Now, press and hold the volume up & power keys to boot the phone.
Release both keys when you see the TCL logo on the screen.
After a while, it brings me to the “Android Recovery” screen.
In Recovery Mode, we need to use the volume rocker and power keys for navigation and selection.
Let’s go down from “Reboot system now” to “wipe data/factory reset” with the volume down button. Then click the power key once.
Again move down from “Cancel” to “Factory data reset”. Then click the power key to reset the device.
Once the data wipe is done, click the power button to reboot the phone.
The factory reset process takes a few minutes.
Now, we are on the “Hi There” screen.
Click the “START” button to proceed further.
Now, connect your TCL phone to a Wi-Fi network.
After connecting to the internet, it takes a few minutes to get ready.
Then we reach the “Copy apps & data” screen. Click “Don’t copy”.
Now, we are on the screen lock verification page. This time we get an alternate option – “Use my Google account instead”.
Sign in with your previously synced Google account and follow the on-screen prompts to land on the TCL Tracfone home screen.
