Many Cricket Stylo 6 users have reported their model lack the small keyboard icon on the keyboard, which is necessary for FRP bypass.
To cater to this issue, we are going to use the Bluetooth method in this tutorial. You’ll need another phone to lock a SIM card. We need a locked SIM to bypass the Google account –
The Google verification page shows up if you hard reset your Stylo 6 using the volume down & power keys.
After the reset, my Stylo 6 is on the first page of the setup wizard i.e the “Welcome” screen.
Let’s move ahead using the forward button.
Click “Next” on the “New Second Screen” page.
Now, we need to connect our Stylo 6 to the internet to proceed further.
After getting connected, it’s checking for updates. This process takes a few minutes.
Afterward, we are on the Copy apps & data page”.
Hit “Don’t copy” to skip this step.
Now, I’ve reached the screen lock verification page. I don’t remember the correct pattern. The 2nd option is “USE MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT INSTEAD”.
This time we are on the Google Verification page. It’s asking to sign in with the previously synced Google account.
Let’s use the Bluetooth method to bypass the Google account on LG Stylo 6 –
How to bypass Google Verification on LG Stylo 6 Cricket using Bluetooth / No keyboard icon
First of all, we need another phone to lock a SIM card. We are going to insert this locked SIM in Stylo 6.
I’m using LG K51 and MetroPCS SIM for this purpose. The default Metro PIN is 1234.
To lock the SIM we need to open the Settings app.
Now, tap “Search Settings” and enter the term SIM
Choose “Set up SIM card lock” and then “Lock SIM Card” as shown above.
Enter the default PIN 1234 if using a Metro SIM and tap “OK”.
The Cricket default SIM PIN is 1111
Now, we have to insert the locked SIM into Stylo 6.
Use a SIM ejector tool to remove the Stylo 6 SIM tray.
Place the SIM in its respective slot. Refer to the above illustration.
Now, the Stylo 6 will ask for the SIM PIN.
Enter the code 1234 and hit the “tick icon”.
This brings us to the screen with a “Not signed in” notification.
Swipe down the screen starting from this “Not signed in” notification towards the bottom of the screen. You can follow the arrow in the above screenshot.
If done correctly, a few quick access icons will appear on the top of the screen.
Long press the “Bluetooth icon”.
This brings us to the Bluetooth page.
Turn on Bluetooth.
Now, get hold of a Bluetooth device. You can use a Bluetooth headset or earbud.
I’m using earbuds “PTron Bassbuds Pro”.
Pair your Bluetooth device with the phone.
Now, tap the touch area on the earbud/call button on the Bluetooth headset for 3 seconds and release it.
This will launch the Google Assistant on your phone.
Say open settings in the mic to launch the Settings app.
We are now in Settings.
Choose “Fingerprints” and then hit “Next”.
Now, we are on the “Select Screen Lock” page.
We are going to use this page to add a new screen lock. You can add a PIN, Pattern, or Password.
I’m adding 1234 as the new PIN.
Enter the PIN twice and hit “OK” to confirm.
The “Screen lock has been changed”.
Let’s use this new PIN to bypass the Google account.
We need to go back to the first page.
Use the back key to reach the “Welcome” screen.
Now, click the “forward button” and tap “Next” on the following page.
Choose “Don’t copy” on the “Copy apps & data” screen.
Now, we are on the Screen lock verification page.
Verify with the PIN 1234 and click “OK”.
The PIN verification was successful. We have bypassed the Google account.
This time there is a “Skip” option on the Google sign-in page.
Skip the Google account setup as of now.
Accept Google services terms and conditions.
Click “OK” on the “Review Additional Apps” page.
Finally, tick the “I agree” checkbox on the “Legal Documents” screen and tap “Done” to finish the setup wizard.
