So, without wasting any time let’s begin the troubleshooting –

I was locked out on my TCL device due to the forgotten password. To bypass the TCL lock screen, I did a factory data reset.

After the reset, it brings me to the “Hi There” screen.

Tap the “START” button to begin the device setup.
